Some interesting news out this week with Google launching their new service, Google Drive.

However, a few hours later… Google Drive was blocked in China.

Chinese Internet users will not get the chance to use Google’s latest offering, Google Drive, which allows users to store files on Google's servers, unless using a VPN (as many of us in China do). There is a long list of US companies that head into China only to find the going much tougher (Look at AOL, eBAY and MySpace as some examples). Now it is the turn of Groupon to follow this path.
