I was surfing the net last night and came across an interesting visual mapping of the "Global Internet". This was a great view of the capacity, users, providers etc so I though may also be interesting for others.
The map (developed by TeleGeography) traces the intercontinental links between the countries of Europe, Asia, North and Latin America, and Africa. Regional close-ups provide insight into key routes within each region.
